In this episode, under the leadership of City Superintendent of Police Akash Shukla, the team of Police Station Kotwali and Cyber Cell, on the basis of informer information, have arrested two accused who were writing Satta Patti at Railway Station and Dhimrapur Road.
chhattisgarh news The police team arrested the accused Azhar Mohammad father Hussain Mohammad Umar 26 years resident of Indira Nagar Ganga Talab near Raigarh Police Station Kotwali on Dhimrapur Jindal Road at around 10:30 pm, from whom cash amount of ₹ 45,600 and a dot pen and Satta Patti have been seized. About 52,550 rupees are mentioned in the Satta Patti.
During patrolling (00:30 hrs) near Railway Station Chowk, accused Kabir Khan father Sheikh Rahim age 52 years resident Chandmari Bhavani Shankar School in front of Police Station Kotwali Raigarh was caught writing Satta Patti. Cash amount of ₹ 1,800 and a pen and Satta Patti in which the account of Rs 4,310 is written was recovered from the accused Kabir Khan. Action has been taken against the accused in Police Station Kotwali under Crime No. 341, 342/2024 Section 6 Chhattisgarh Gambling (Prohibition) Act 2022 respectively. Police station in-charge Kotwali Inspector Sukhnandan Patel, ASI Gautam Thakur, Head Constable Shriram Sahu, Jagannath Sahu and Cyber Cell Staff were involved.
