The government will leave no stone unturned to help those who have been hurt. The government is with the bereaved families in their grief. He said that this incident is very serious for the government. Instructions have been given for every level of investigation. The guilty will be given the harshest punishment. He will not be spared.
Praising the Odisha administration, he said that whatever resources were available with the state government, they started the rescue operation. People helped in blood donation, rescue operation in this hour of crisis. Especially the youth helped throughout the night. Due to the help of the citizens here, the operation could be completed quickly. He told that the work is going on fast so that the tracks can be restored as soon as possible. I went to the spot today and talked to the injured in the hospital. I don’t have words to express this pain. God give us strength. We will learn from the incidents and fix the systems.
Regarding the accident, the Railways has said that the cause of the accident has not been ascertained. A detailed investigation will reveal the reason. The goods train did not derail, it was standing.
