Balasore. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, after taking stock of the situation at the Balasore train accident site, has reached a hospital in Balasore to meet the people injured in the accident. A horrific accident has taken place in Balasore, Odisha after three trains collided, in which 280 people have died so far while more than 900 people are said to be injured.
SP President Akhilesh Yadav attacked the central government regarding the Balasore incident. He tweeted – The false technology of the false government has killed so many people. Everyone from the minister to the company is responsible for this. Investigate this mega scam and corruption like a criminal case and take punitive action. This is not a shield, it is BJP’s hypocrisy.
Germany expressed grief over the Balasore accident. His Foreign Minister Annalena Barebock said – Deeply saddened by the terrible train accident in Odisha. My heartfelt condolences to my Indian friends and my dear colleague S Jaishankar. Our thoughts are with the victims and their families.
On Odisha train accident, AAP MP and Railway Committee member Sandeep Pathak has said that more than 200 people have lost their lives and hundreds are injured in this train accident. My condolences to all the grieving families in this hour of grief. Today there is no safety security in the agenda of the Government of India. I am a member of the Railway Committee. In the last meeting of the committee, I raised the issue of safety and security that the government should pay attention to, but the government’s entire focus is on PR and appearances.
RJD Chief and former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav has said on the Balasore train accident that the way he showed negligence and did not show vigilance led to such a large number of casualties. There should be a high-level inquiry into it and action should be taken against those responsible for it. It was very careless, they destroyed the railway.
