New Delhi (IANS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Sports Minister Anurag Thakur and Olympic gold medalist shooter Abhinav Bindra on Saturday congratulated star Indian javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra for his second consecutive win of the season in the Lausanne leg of the Diamond League.

The 25-year-old Indian javelin thrower had missed three top events last month due to a hamstring strain sustained during training. But he came back with a bang and won the Lausanne Diamond League title with a throw of 87.66m in his fifth attempt.
