Bilaspur. Purnima Kenwat is an orphan girl who is earning her living for herself and her younger sister by doing household work along with studies. When Payal Shabd Lath, president of Ek Naya Savera Welfare Foundation, an active social worker from Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, came to know about her problems, she made Purnima Kenwat’s life a little easier by giving her a new bicycle on the occasion of her anniversary. Now Purnima Kenwat completes all the household and college work using the bicycle she got as a gift.
Payal Shabd Lath told that Purnima’s parents had passed away in her childhood. His pain and sorrow cannot be seen. She is raising her younger sister by working at home along with her studies. One should always come forward to help such needy people. Payal told that the birth certificate and Aadhar card of Purnima’s younger sister Poonam have not been made, for which she is making efforts so that Poonam can stand on her own feet in future. As part of social service, Payal Lath has taken up the responsibility of enrolling fifty daughters in free school and educating them. He says that no daughter should be deprived of education and can pursue her studies uninterrupted by contacting them.
