OnePlus is expected to launch its next-generation smartphone OnePlus 13 in China in October this year. The device was launched globally earlier this year. Ahead of its official launch, a senior official has revealed the front design of the device through a short teaser. According to the latest Weibo post by OnePlus China head Louis Li, the OnePlus 13 is confirmed to come with a new look. Like last year’s OnePlus 12, the upcoming OnePlus 13 will feature the ‘Oriental Screen’ BOE X curved screen. However, this will be the second-generation BOE X curved display with even more great durability.
The specification details we get from the leaked report include a 6.82-inch 2K 10-bit LTPO display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and the soon-to-be-launched Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor. The said processor will be launched later this month. OnePlus is also expected to offer a new camera module on the OnePlus 13 that includes a 50MP Sony LYT-808 primary sensor with f/1.6 aperture, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto shooter with 3X optical zoom.
Talking about the battery, the device will pack a massive 6,000mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging. Although OnePlus has not yet revealed the exact launch date of the OnePlus 13 in India, the device will launch in the Indian market later this year or early next year after its China launch.
