One tree in the name of mother 2.0, planting of 500 saplings in Gogaon school

Raipur. Under the government’s environmental initiative “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam 2.0” and Hariyaar Pathshala program, a massive and grand plantation of 500 saplings was done at Government Swami Atmanand Higher Secondary School, Gogaon. This campaign, run in accordance with the wishes of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, is being led by Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh. This event is a strong step towards environmental protection.
Along with the students, their parents, village heads, public representatives and departmental officials also participated enthusiastically in this noble work of covering the school campus with greenery. This occasion was given the form of an environmental festival, in which everyone together participated enthusiastically with inspirational slogans like “Ek Ped Lagana Hai, Dharti Ko Swarg Banana Hai”.
The school’s principal, teachers and students actively participated in it. This event was not only limited to planting trees, but it became a living example of connecting with nature, promoting greenery and awakening a sense of responsibility towards the environment in future generations.
