Oil tanker caught fire, driver saved his life by jumping

Hisar: An oil tanker caught fire near Cantt in Hisar, Haryana. Driver Rakesh showed presence of mind and saved his life by jumping from the tanker. Seeing the flames of fire, a crowd gathered on the National Highway.

After the information, the fire brigade vehicle reached the spot and controlled the fire. Fortunately, a major accident was averted. Regarding this incident, driver Rakesh says that the tanker contained oil used in road construction. He was going from Bathinda to Bahadurgarh with the tanker. On Saturday, he left with the tanker from Bathinda. In the evening, he slept at a hotel near Hisar Cantt. On Sunday morning, when he left with the tanker from the hotel, after going some distance, the cabin caught fire due to a short circuit.

After this, he parked the tanker on the roadside and jumped from the cabin amidst the flames. After this, he called the fire brigade and informed them. At the same time, a crowd of drivers and people passing by gathered at the spot. The fire brigade reached the spot and controlled the fire. The cabin of the tanker was completely burnt in the incident.
