He termed the government as ‘unconstitutional and illegal’, citing the Supreme Court judgement. Raut said, the Supreme Court’s decision is very clear on this aspect. This ‘illegal’ government must go within three months. We are waiting for the Speaker’s decision on the disqualification of the 16 MLAs, but the apex court’s decision has declared the entire government illegal. The remaining 24 MLAs will also be disqualified now.
He accused the Shinde-Fadnavis duo of spreading ‘misinformation’ and half-truths about claiming the Supreme Court’s verdict as a ‘victory’ and slammed certain sections of the media who attributed it to the state government. termed ‘relief’. Raut said, all the decisions, orders etc of the Shinde-Fadnavis government are illegal, I call upon the officers and police not to follow any order of this ‘unconstitutional’ regime.
Hitting out at Maharashtra Assembly Speaker Rahul Narvekar, the Rajya Sabha MP said he is expected to give his verdict on the disqualification of 16 MLAs, including (Speaker) CM Shinde.
Raut said, till then, this government has lost the moral right to take any decision or issue orders, the bureaucracy and the police should not follow any order of Shinde-Fadnavis, whatsoever, or it will lead to anarchy. may be born. ,
