Now UP is not identified with mafia, but with festival: Yogi

Lucknow (IANS) | Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that now the identity of UP is known not because of mafias but because of the festival. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday told the achievements of the BJP government in the six years before the people of the state. On this occasion, he said that in six years we have worked to change the perception of the people about the state. Now UP is not identified with miscreants but with festivals. Now the state is not known because of mafias but because of the festival. He said that we have created a new UP. Six years ago people used to say that there can never be development in UP, but today the whole state is making its way to the first place in the race for development.

The Chief Minister said that in the last six years, an environment has been created for employment in the state. Casteism, corruption and familyism have been abolished in government jobs. There is neither casteism nor corruption in giving benefits of government schemes. Everyone is getting the benefits of government schemes.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the perception about UP has changed in the country in six years. Now hearing the name of UP, people’s faces light up. Earlier it was viewed with suspicion. Now there is no identity crisis in front of the youth of the state.
