On the special initiative of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai of the labour-friendly government and on the instructions of Labour Minister Lakhan Lal Devangan, free coaching for the children of Chief Minister construction workers is going to start from July. Under this scheme, children of workers will get the facility of free coaching for PSC, Vyapam, banking competitive examination. Free coaching is going to start in 10 districts of the state under this scheme. Labour Minister Lakhan Lal Devangan said that the Free Coaching Assistance Scheme for the children of Chief Minister Construction Workers has been started for the registered beneficiaries of Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. As per the wishes of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, concrete steps should be taken for the better future of the children of labour families. Children of labour families need better facilities to prepare for competitive examinations. chhattisgarh news In this context, registered labourers and children of registered labourers will be provided free coaching for 4 to 10 months for preparation of Public Service Commission, Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, Staff Selection Commission, Banking, Railway, Police Recruitment and other competitive examinations as per their educational qualification. To avail the benefits of the scheme, interested and eligible beneficiaries can apply online through their own choice centre or labour office.

Chhattisgarh Facility will be available even if the registered labourer has died

If the beneficiary has died before 09 June 2020, then as per the old notification, his children are eligible for the scheme and those beneficiaries who are associated with the new scheme Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramik Mrityu and Divyang Sahayata Yojana can also apply and avail the benefits of this scheme.

Coaching will be available online as well as offline

This coaching will be available offline as well as online. So that students preparing for various exams can get the option of both. Many students want to take coaching offline due to time or distance, they will get this facility.

Facility going to start in these districts

This scheme is being started in Raipur, Bilaspur, Durg, Dhamtari, Rajnandgaon, Korba, Raigarh, Janjgir Champa, Mahasamund districts.

Enthusiasm among students, 4 batches filled for three districts

There is tremendous enthusiasm among students for the free coaching scheme. A total of four batches (50-50) have been filled so far in three districts of the state, Raipur, Durg and Bilaspur. The process of making batches by testing the applications received from other districts is going on fast.
