Japanese car manufacturer Nissan is all set to launch the facelift version of the Magnite in India. The Nissan Magnite facelift will breathe fresh life into the aging SUV. Magnite has been in India since 2020 and after four years, it is lagging behind the updates that its competitors are offering. The Magnite facelift is now getting an update that will help the SUV compete against the likes of its rivals.
Nissan Magnite faces tough competition from the likes of Kia Sonet as well as Tata Nexon in India. Both the SUVs received an update recently. Similarly, the Mahindra XUV300 facelift has been renamed XUV3XO and is set to make its debut on April 29. On the other hand, as the test mule of the SUV was sported last month (i.e. March); we expect the launch date to be sooner.
The latest reports have thrown light on the expected features on the Nissan Magnite Facelift. The Nissan Magnite Facelift offers some new features that include 6 airbags, electric sunroof and much more. As the Magnite SUV is the only product that the company offers in India, a timely update in the vehicle is necessity in the current day scenario.
Speaking about the facelift of the Magnite, we will get some cosmetic revisions on the outside. There are some minor changes when it comes to front profile, updated bumpers, refreshed alloy wheels and much more. When it comes to the interior of the SUV, the Magnite Facelift offers a new layout for the dashboard, fresh upholstery and some additional features.
The facelift Magnite will offer, single-pane electric sunroof, 6 airbags, ventilated seats, auto-dimming IRVM, said media reports. As of now, Magnite only offers 2 airbags at the front even in the top-spec variants. The new features are expected to make the Magnite more appealing. In terms of engine, the Magnite is expected to offer 1.0-litre NA petrol and 1.0-litre turbo petrol engines that are paired with same gearbox options. A small price hike is expected on the Nissan Magnite.
