District Legal Services Authority Secretary Damodar Prasad Chandra said that as per the instructions of National Legal Services Authority New Delhi and Chhattisgarh State Legal Services Authority Bilaspur, National Lok Adalat will be organized on Saturday, March 9, 2024. In this regard, today in the video conferencing room of the District Court, District Legal Services Authority Chairman/District Judge Mrs. Anita Dahria held a meeting with the judicial officers of Mahasamund District Court and Taluka based courts.
In the said meeting, the District Judge also reviewed the data of the cases identified by the courts like MACT, Civil cases, NI Act, Summary cases. Discussing the resolution of as many cases as possible through the National Lok Adalat, establishing mutual coordination with the parties on all the cases pending in all the courts of the district and resolving most of the cases, making the National Lok Adalat successful and accessible to the people. Making was discussed. Judicial officers of Taluka Saraipali, Basna and Pithora participated in the meeting through video conferencing. On this occasion, Chief Justice of Family Court Mr. Ramjeevan Dewangan, First Additional District and Sessions Judge Honorable Mr. Leeladhar Sarathi, Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC) Honorable Mrs. Yogita Vinay Wasnik, Second Additional Sessions Judge Mr. Anil Kumar Pandey, Chief Judicial Magistrate Ms. Trainee Civil Judge Ms. Khushboo Jain along with Chitralekha Sonwani were present.
