Muni Sudhakar, while addressing the workshop, said that the problem of mental stress is the main and complex problem of the present era. To get rid of it, we should resort to spirituality. Stress management is possible through spiritual rules. Muni Sudhakar ji, while discussing the five principles of stress management, said, be happy in yourself, do not compare yourself with others. Do not worry about the future and do not mention the past. Control yourself. Pay more attention to the state of mind than the situation. Circumstances keep changing. Do not change the state of mind. Keep smiling in every situation. Keep your thinking positive and refine your desires. Understand your limitations and do not think about the insistence on the result.
SSP Santosh Singh also expressed his feelings and advised to work after planning so that stress can stay away from us which can help in proper planning of time. To overcome stress, we should do things outside our work area so that our attention is focused on that area away from stress like gardening, reading books, sports etc. He told that as per medical reports nearly 65 percent people in the world are stressed, not only we i.e. policemen. The workshop was conducted by Narendra Duggad, welcome speech by President Kanak Chand Jain and mangalcharan by Indu Lodha, Lalita Dhadial. The workshop was successfully coordinated by Arun Agarwal.
