MP: 2 minors died due to drowning in a dam, search for friends continues

Madhya Pradesh: Two minors who went to take bath in the dam built in Nayan near Nagda Junction of Ujjain died due to drowning. According to the information, about five minors had gone to take bath with friends in the afternoon on the dam. While two minors died due to drowning in the dam, the search for the other friends is being done by the police. As soon as the information of drowning of the minors was received, the police force reached the spot and with the help of local people, the bodies of both the drowned minors were taken out.

According to the police, the names of the deceased are Krishna son Dilip, 15 years, who had come to his maternal uncle’s house from village Rui and the name of the other boy is being told as Chandan son Raju, age 15 years, resident of Azadpura. At present, the police engaged in investigating the case has cleared the way and sent the bodies to the Jini government hospital for postmortem, where their post mortem will be done. As soon as the information of the death of the minors was received, there was mourning in the entire village, the family members are crying badly.

The family members say that both the deceased minors had left the house with their friends saying that they were going for a bath. Where he died due to drowning while bathing. Other friends are being searched. Rescue operation is going on by the police force.
