How to make Mooli Paratha
1.First of all, we need to knead a soft dough with flour and oil. Knead the dough by adding water gradually. Let it rest for some time. Meanwhile, wash the radish thoroughly, peel it and grate it. 2. To prepare the stuffing, squeeze the radish and take it out in a bowl. Add chopped green chilies, garam masala, red chili powder, celery and fresh coriander. Mix everything together. 3. Divide the prepared dough into equal parts. Fill the radish mixture, (at this stage sprinkle some salt) knead the dough from all sides and roll it evenly. 4.Heat a griddle on medium flame, put the paratha and let it cook. Now turn the paratha and apply some ghee. 5. Cook it till it turns golden brown from both the sides. Mooli Paratha is ready!
