MLA Devendra Yadav did not get relief even today, again sent to jail on 14 days judicial remand

Raipur. The troubles of Congress MLA Devendra Yadav, who is in jail in the Balodabazar violence case, are not stopping. Today Devendra Yadav was produced in the court after the completion of the remand period. Where after the hearing, the court has sent MLA Devendra to jail on judicial remand for 14 days. After the court’s decision, Devendra Yadav said that “I have faith in the constitution and law. I will definitely get justice from the court.” On the other hand, on the petition of Prem Prakash Pandey, he said that “I am in jail, a lot of information is not available, my lawyer is looking after the case. I have faith in the constitution, I will get justice.” On the intervening night of 15 and 16 May, some anti-social elements vandalized the Pujya Jaitkham, the religious place of Satnami community in Giraudhpuri Dham. Taking action in the case, the police arrested three accused. The people of the society were dissatisfied with this action of the police and were demanding a judicial inquiry. Meanwhile, Home Minister Vijay Sharma announced a judicial inquiry. At the same time, thousands of people gathered near the Collectorate and created a ruckus in protest against the vandalism in Jaitkham. Where the demonstration turned violent. After which the miscreants created a ruckus and set the Collector and SP office on fire. Taking action in the case, the police had made MLA Devendra Yadav an accused. MLA Devendra Yadav is accused of inciting the crowd to violence in Balodabazar. He was arrested in this case on 17 August 2024. Since his arrest, his judicial remand was continuously extended and he is currently lodged in Raipur Central Jail.
