Tamil Nadu: DMK President and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin will begin the third phase of his election campaign from Puducherry on Monday, April 6. A statement issued by the DMK leadership on Sunday stated that the Chief Minister is actively campaigning across Tamil Nadu in support of DMK and alliance candidates.
Stalin’s campaign will begin in Puducherry on April 6, followed by a campaign in Cuddalore on April 7 at 9 a.m. in Thittakudi, Virudhachalam, Kurinjipadi, Panruti, Cuddalore, Neyveli, Bhuvanagiri, Kattumannakoil, and Chidambaram constituencies. The same day, at 5 p.m., he will campaign in Nagapattinam in support of candidates from Nagapattinam, Kilvelu, and Vedaranyam constituencies.
On April 8, Stalin will campaign in Sirkazhi at 9 a.m. in support of candidates from Mayiladuthurai, Sirkazhi, and Poompukur constituencies. At 5 p.m., the campaign will continue in Villupuram in support of candidates from the Tindivanam, Vanur, Villupuram, Vikravandi, Thirukovilur, Senji, and Mayilam constituencies.
On April 9th, at 9 a.m., Stalin will campaign in Tiruvannamalai in support of candidates from the Ulundurpet, Rishivanthiyam, Sankarapuram, Kallakurichi, Chengam, Tiruvannamalai, Kilpennathur, Kalasappakkam, Polur, Arani, Cheyyar, and Vandavasi constituencies. At 5 p.m. the same day, he will campaign in Maraimalainagar in support of candidates from Chengalpattu, Thiruporur, Cheyyur, Madhurantakam, Uthiramerur, Tambaram, and Pallavaram constituencies.
Stalin’s campaign is considered crucial to demonstrate the strength of the DMK and its alliance and garner public support for the candidates. According to the DMK leadership, the Chief Minister’s campaign aims to secure maximum votes for all candidates and ensure the alliance’s success in the elections.
During this campaign, which will be held in various areas of Puducherry and Tamil Nadu, Stalin will directly interact with the public and listen to their issues and problems. This will also aim to strengthen the candidates’ image and garner public support.
This third phase of M.K. Stalin’s campaign will continue for the next three days and will cover most of the important constituencies in Tamil Nadu. According to the DMK, this campaign could prove decisive for the party and will significantly contribute to the alliance’s victory.
