2 cups unsweetened cornflakes
2 cups poha
Half cup peanuts
Half cup cashews
Half cup roasted gram dal
2 teaspoons oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
8-10 curry leaves
2 dried red chillies
Half teaspoon turmeric powder
Half teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Method To make spicy cornflakes chivda, first fry the chivda by putting it in a pan. Now heat oil in a pan. Then add mustard seeds, dried red chillies and curry leaves and fry them. After this, add peanuts, gram dal and cashews and fry them. After some time, add turmeric powder, salt and red chilli powder and mix. Now add unsweetened cornflakes and fry them well.
