Jaipur/Mathura: In Jaipur, Rajasthan, a girl changed her gender and married her friend. The girl who changed her gender fell in love with a student from Jaipur about 7 years ago and then she decided to change her gender in love. She changed her gender by spending Rs 15 lakh in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
After getting married in Arya Samaj, both were living in a rented house in Mathura as husband and wife. When a missing person report was registered in Sanganer police station of Jaipur, the police reached Mathura searching for both of them. The police brought both of them to Jaipur. Where both agreed to be adults and live together. The police took a written consent letter from both of them and left them.
Actually, Savita, a resident of Bharatpur, came to Jaipur with her sister to study in the year 2017. Savita used to take coaching while staying on rent in Sanganer of the capital. During that time, she became friends with Mamta (name changed) who lived nearby. Being good friends, both of them used to spend most of their time together. Both of them fell in love with each other.
According to Head Constable Babulal of Sanganer Police Station, due to the Corona period, both the friends got separated. But, both of them used to talk on the phone often. Savita and Mamta met after the Corona period ended in the year 2021. Due to deep love between the two, both decided to get married and spend their lives together like husband and wife. Then both of them started talking about changing their gender.
According to Head Constable Babulal, after talking between the two, Savita decided that she would change her gender from a girl to a boy. Savita became Lalit Singh after changing her gender. For this, Savita told her doctor brother-in-law about Mamta and asked for help to change her gender as well as help to get her married to Mamta.
Brother-in-law told a hospital in Indore for surgery. After this, Savita talked to the doctor for gender change in the hospital on 31 May 2022. After 3 surgeries in about 10 months, Savita became Lalit Singh, a boy, from a girl. It cost around 15 lakhs.
After changing the gender, Savita, who became a boy from a girl, got her documents done in the name of Lalit Singh and with the consent of spending life together, both of them got married on 24 November 2024 with Vedic chanting at the Arya Samaj Vedic Sansthan Mandal in Jaipur. After marriage, Lalit Singh went to Mathura with his brother-in-law and started working as a supervisor in his brother-in-law’s medical college.
After their marriage, when Mamta’s father started looking for a boy for her marriage, the two talked and then Mamta left the house on the pretext of doing B.Ed and said that she was going to Bharatpur and Mamta switched off her mobile. Relatives and acquaintances searched for her a lot. But, she was not found anywhere. After this, the family filed a missing report of Mamta in Sanganer police station on 15th Janwadi.
According to the head constable, the last location of Mamta’s phone was found to be Mahavan area of Mathura. Police reached Mathura for investigation. Where it was revealed that she was in contact with her friend’s brother-in-law. Police reached the doctor brother-in-law and then the police understood the whole story. Police asked both of them to record their statements. Police brought both of them from Mathura to Jaipur. Where both of them gave written consent to live together. After this, the police released both of them and both of them went to Mathura again.
