West Bengal: Trinamool leader Abul Naser had a ‘dispute’ with his ‘mamu’ The victim arrested in the Mandarmani case has denied murder. 72 hours after the mysterious death of the Trinamool leader in a hotel in Mandarmani, the police have questioned both the people face to face. According to some investigators, many information has been found there.
The body of Trinamool leader Abul of Amdang in North 24 Parganas was found hanging from a hotel in Mandarmani on Saturday morning. After the body was recovered, the Mandarmani Coastal Police Station arrested a business friend of Abul and a friend. He is also a resident of North 24 Parganas. They climbed together to a hotel in Mandarmani on Friday. He was fourth in the group. He is a woman. O woman, undoubtedly, Mandarmani, go back without any reason. Meanwhile, the deceased’s wife and Deputy Pramukh of Adahata Panchayat in North 24 Parganas, Suraiya Parveen, claimed that her husband was taken away and killed by Mandarmani Deke. He said there were business reasons behind the murder. A-O knows the uncle of the arrested girl is the ‘main ring’ behind her husband’s murder. “My husband was killed using that girl. Everything will become clear when the arrested youth and the girl’s uncle are questioned. We want exemplary punishment for all.” Police sources said the accused was being questioned to get information about his ‘mamu’. However, most of the youths arrested in connection with the unnatural death of the Trinamool leader said they did not know.
A court in Kathi on Sunday ordered the Trinamool leader’s girlfriend and friend to be sent to police custody for five days in the unnatural death case. The youths were questioned in two sessions on Monday. The investigators first separated the two persons and then made them sit face to face and asked them several questions. Police sources said the arrested youth kept avoiding answering many questions of the investigators but the girl answered almost every question. However, the investigators claimed that most of their answers were ‘confusing’ at first. However, as time passed, the accused suffered a mental breakdown following police interrogation. Investigators said the arrested man was aware of the dispute between Abul and his uncle over a land issue. But he still stuck to the ‘theory’ of Abul’s suicide.
