Mana was gambling behind Doomtrai, 13 gamblers arrested

In the same sequence, the team of Anti Crime and Cyber Unit received information that some people were gambling by betting money in the field behind the wholesale vegetable market located in Doomtrai under Mana police station area. On which, under the direction of senior officers, a joint team of Anti-Crime and Cyber Unit and Thana Mana Police went to the said place and conducted a raid. During the raid, some people were gambling by betting money in playing cards. On which the team members arrested a total of 13 gamblers and seized Rs 1,25,150/- in cash and playing cards from their possession. Crime numbers 118/24 and 119/24, Section 13 Gambling Act and Chhattisgarh Gambling Prohibition were registered against the gamblers in police station Mana. An offense under Section 3(2) of the Act 2022 was registered and action was taken.
