Make Palak Paratha for healthy breakfast

Everyone wants to start the day with a healthy breakfast. Palak Paratha is such a food dish which is not only tasty but also very healthy. We all know that spinach is full of nutrients, in such a situation, making spinach paratha for breakfast can make the morning full of energy. Palak Paratha is a dish made in minutes. Parathas are often made in homes in the morning, but instead of plain parathas, you can make delicious palak parathas by giving a little twist. Delicious paratha can be made easily. There is a lot of rush in the morning, due to this everyone likes breakfast which can be prepared in less time. Palak Paratha is one such food dish which is made very easily. Let’s know its simple recipe.
Ingredients to make Palak Paratha
Flour – 2 cups
Chopped spinach – 2 cups
Garlic – 3 cloves (optional)
Ginger chopped – 1/2 tsp
Green coriander leaves chopped – 2 tbsp
Green chili chopped – 1-2
oil as required
salt – as per taste
How to make Palak Paratha
Palak Paratha is a great food dish. To make this, first take good quality spinach and wash it two to three times with water. Now break the thick stalks of spinach and separate the leaves. After this finely chop the leaves. Then cut green coriander, green chilies, ginger, garlic into fine pieces. After this, prepare a paste by grinding ginger, coriander, green chillies and garlic in a mixer.
Now put flour in a vessel and add a pinch of salt to it. After this add chopped spinach leaves to the flour and mix well. Then mix the paste made of ginger and other things in the flour. Now knead the dough by adding a spoonful of oil and a little water to the mixture. After this keep the dough covered for 15 minutes so that it gets set well.
After this, heat a nonstick pan on medium heat. While the griddle is heating up, take the dough and make small balls out of it and take one ball and roll it round. After the griddle is hot, spread some oil on its bottom and put the parantha. After some time turn the parantha and put some oil on the edges
Apply on top layer.
Keep roasting the parantha from both the sides till its color turns light golden and the parantha becomes crisp. After this, take out the parantha in a plate. Similarly, make parathas from all the balls one by one and bake them. Palak parathas full of taste and nutrition are ready. You can serve them with pickle or vegetable.
