Try Cauliflower Momos at home for healthy and tasty, recipe

Mention the name of momos and your mouth may not start watering. Momos is something that has not just one but dozens of varieties. Although this popular food was first eaten in Nepal, now momos are equally liked in India. Momos stalls everywhere and the crowds here will tell you the extent of this craze. When people feel like eating something tasty for evening snack, they eat momos. Because it is made by steaming! Therefore, it does not cause much harm. But eating too much can be harmful for health, if you want, you can make cauliflower momos. These momos are not only delicious but are also beneficial for health.
Method
First of all, remove the large leaves of cabbage completely, wash them thoroughly and keep them aside to drain out all the water.
Now heat water in a pan and then put these leaves in that water and boil it gently. This will soften the leaves and remove their rawness.
When the leaves become soft, take them out of the water and keep them in a sieve and leave one leaf to dry. During this time we prepare the stuffing of momos.
For this, chop the garlic finely and also chop all the vegetables. Now pour oil in a pan and add garlic and cook.
After browning the garlic lightly, add onion to it and fry it well. After this, add finely chopped cauliflower, carrot, capsicum and cook well.
Now add salt to it and when the vegetables dissolve completely, add soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, white vinegar and mix.
Finally crumble the cheese and mix all the vegetables. Now wrap this stuffing in soft cabbage leaves soaked in water.
Now add two to three spoons of oil in a pan and cook this wrapped cabbage for a few minutes. If you want, you can also take steam.
Just your cauliflower momos are ready, serve them with chutney and if you want, you can also add chaat masala on top.
