Method to make Makhana Matar Curry-
To make Makhana Matri Curry, first heat ghee in a pan and fry the Makhana in it until it becomes crisp and light in color.
Now add small cardamom, whole red chilli, cinnamon, bay leaf and onion and fry for a few minutes. Fry green chillies with tomatoes and cashew nuts. And then add salt.As soon as the mixture becomes soft, turn off the flame and let it cool. Take out all the spices separately and grind them in a mixer to make a smooth paste.
Now heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, add prepared paste and fry well. – After this add red chilli, turmeric, Kashmiri red chilli, coriander powder, cumin powder.
Mix everything well and add boiled peas to it and mix. Add kasuri methi and garam masala and mix.
Add roasted makhana to it, mix it, add some water and cover and cook.
Turn off the gas and add green coriander and serve.
