Make Kesar Pista Lassi at home, know how to make it

Material
Curd – 2 bowls
Saffron threads – 1 pinch
Chopped pistachios – 1 tablespoon
Chopped cashew nuts – 1 tablespoon
Chopped almonds – 1 tablespoon
Sweet yellow color – 1 pinch (optional)
Sugar – as per taste
Ice cubes – 4-5

Method

  • First of all cut cashews, almonds and pistachios into small pieces.
  • After this, put the curd in a vessel and churn it well with the help of a churner.
  • If you want, you can put curd in a mixer and blend it.
  • Add sugar to curd and blend until the sugar dissolves well.
  • After this, add ice cubes, some cashews, almonds, pistachio pieces and sweet yellow color and crush them while running the mixer.
    When the mixture becomes smooth, take out the Kesar Pista Lassi in a big vessel and add some cashews, almonds and pistachios and mix it.
    Now pour lassi in the serving glass and again add some cashews, pistachios and almond pieces on top.
  • Also add two-four saffron threads. Kesar Pista Lassi is ready. If you want, you can keep the lassi in the refrigerator for some time.
