To make it, first add milk powder and condensed milk in a pan. Then mix it well. Now put the paneer pieces in it as well. Mix well. This batter will start getting thick in about 15 to 20 minutes. Switch off the flame when it has a slightly wet consistency. Now take it out in a vessel. Add some chopped pistachios over it and store in the fridge. After some time when it sets, cut it into pieces. Kalakand is ready.
