Raipur. A painful road accident took place in Amanaka area on Thursday morning. There was a fierce collision between a truck and a truck transporting sand, in which the driver of the truck was seriously injured. As soon as the information about the accident was received, the police reached the spot and the rescue operation was started. According to the police, the collision was so severe that the truck driver got stuck in the cabin, who was pulled out with the help of a crane after a lot of effort.
The injured driver has been sent to AIIMS hospital for immediate treatment, where his condition remains critical. At present, the police have registered a case and the causes of the accident are being investigated. Local people say that the high speed and careless driving of heavy vehicles transporting sand in the area is causing accidents every day. People have demanded strict action and traffic control from the administration.
