XEV 9eMahindra has released a new image of the production-ready XEV 9e and BE 6e, revealing the striking looks of the electric cars ahead of their launch scheduled for November 26, 2024. The Indian automaker aims to make a bold mark in the electric car market with these products.Mahindra first showcased the concept versions of both the models in 2023. They have been in the works since then. Now, we will get to see the production version of the Mahindra XEV 9e and BE 6e, which look quite similar to their concept versions.
Based on the company’s own INGLO platform, both models will feature a ground-up EV architecture. Both models are easily recognizable as the XEV 9e features the standard butterfly Mahindra logo, while the BE 6e will have the ‘BE’ logo.Touted as the most feature-packed model from the manufacturer, the car has raised expectations among auto-lovers. Previous spy images of the production-ready versions showed the XEV 9e with a triple-display setup for the dashboard and the BE 6e with a driver-centric dashboard and centre console layout along with a new twin-spoke steering wheel and glowing logo. Meanwhile, no details have been revealed about the specifications and mechanical details of both the models as the company has maintained complete secrecy around these. Leaked reports have revealed that they will come with two battery pack options with a driving range of around 500 km on a single charge. More details are likely to be revealed soon as we get closer to the global launch.
