Mahindra has hiked the prices of the Thar across most variants in India. Now, the popular Mahindra Thar SUV has got costlier by a price hike of Rs 20,000. The price revision has been seen in the price list in it’s website.
All variants of the Thar including the LX trims have received the price hike except for the base AX 2WD variant that has not received any price hike retaining it’s earlier cost of Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
All other versions with manual and automatic gearboxes in both 2WD and 4WD configurations, are now listed with a price hike of Rs 20,000.
Mahindra Thar Revised price
With the latest revision in place, the base model of the Mahindra Thar has now remained unchanged at Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom).Meanwhile, the price of the top-spec variant of the Thar has shot up to Rs 17.19 lakh, ex-showroom.
The Thar continues to be offered with petrol and diesel engine options, paired with manual and automatic transmissions, and remains one of the most popular lifestyle off-roaders in the country.
