Mahasamund. Under the direction of Collector Vinay Langeh and guidance of Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat, S. Alok, the Prime Minister’s dialogue program with Lakhpati sisters was shown in the cluster organization of all the development blocks of the district and 2380 Lakhpati sisters who became lakhpatis by getting benefits from livelihood activities were honored by giving certificates.
Under the National Rural Livelihood Mission NRLM under the Ministry of Rural Development, Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi addressed the Lakhpati sisters across the country through virtual medium from Jalgaon, Maharashtra. Under this program, 6 crore 44 lakh 55 thousand bank loans were distributed to 273 self-help groups in the district and revolving fund and CIF were distributed. On this occasion, members and staff of women self-help groups, village organizations and cluster organizations of all the districts were present.
