Mahant Dinendra Das said – All 13 Panchs of Nirmohi Akhara will participate in the life consecration ceremony in Ayodhya.

Ayodhya: Mahant Dinendra Das of Nirmohi Akhara on Tuesday said that all the 13 ‘Panch’ of the major Akhara will attend the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Lord Ram Lala in Ayodhya on January 22. Nirmohi Akhara’s Ayodhya meeting chief said claims that the Akhara is unhappy with the rituals in the temple town are “false”.

“Anyone can say anything,” Das told ANI. Our Akhara has received the invitation. Everyone is satisfied and everyone is going to join in. All this (news of not being happy) is false.” Pujari’s statement came when Congress leader Digvijay Singh asked whether the Nirmohi Akhara, which was one of the main litigants in the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid title suit, has been extended an invitation for the grand event later this month.

Singh wrote on social media platform X, ‘The temple will be built there.’ Now why not build it there? When did the Supreme Court give the disputed land to the Trust? Only Champat Rai ji of @VHPDigital or @narendramodi ji can answer this. My thoughts are with the families of the volunteers killed in the temple construction movement and against whom criminal cases have been filed in the court. Why were they invited? What did you invite to the people of Nirmohi Akhara, who fought for Ram Janmabhoomi for 175 years and fought in the court? Their worship rights were also snatched away and given to selected volunteers of Champat Rai of VHP. Is this the official religion? Is this Ram Raj?”

Responding to this, Das said, “Every ‘Mahatma’ and political leaders are being invited by our Trust… At present there are 13 ‘Panchs’ in the Akhara. All of them have been invited. Other saints of the Akhara have also been invited and everyone is also coming…”

He said, “Sarpanch Mahant Raja Ramchandracharya, Sarpanch Mahant Narsingh Das, Panch Mahant Ghanshyam Das, Panch Mahant Samrat Das, Panch Sitaram Das, Panch Madan Mohan Das, Panch Mahant Ramswaroop Das, Mahant Jagdish Das, Mahant Radhe Radhe, Mahant Ram Manohar Das. , Mahant Bhagwan Das (Sringari) and Mahant Ram Sevak Das have been invited.”

The ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony of the Ram temple will take place on January 22. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to attend the installation of the idol of Ram Lala in the grand temple on that day. Meanwhile, the rituals began today and will continue for seven days. Thousands of VIP guests have received invitations from Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust for the celebrations.
The Trust has made elaborate arrangements to welcome and honor all the attendees, giving them gifts including ‘Ram Raj’. As part of the festivities, the Teerth Kshetra Trust will also distribute special ‘Motichoor laddus’ made with desi ghee as prasad to the guests.

A member of the Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust shared that Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is set to attend the event, will be presented a 15-metre photograph of the Ram temple packed in a jute bag, containing the image of the sacred structure. More than 11,000 guests across the country have received invitations from the Trust for the consecration ceremony, with special arrangements being made to provide memorable gifts to all present. According to a member of the Trust, the revered Ram Raj soil taken out from the temple will be given to the guests, which will serve as a memorable souvenir.

This sacred gift can be used in home gardens or in pots, adding a touch of divinity to their homes. Those who are unable to attend the Pran Pratishtha program can also get this meaningful gift in future.
A team of priests led by Laxmikant Dixit will perform the main ritual of Pran Pratishtha.
