Keshakal. Today once again the trailer going from Jagdalpur towards Raipur overturned at the third turn of Keshkal Ghat amid rain. There was a heavy giant machine load on the vehicle, that too overturned. On Monday morning at around 10 am, when the ghat was descending with a heavy machine on the trailer, it overturned on reaching the third turn, due to which the situation of jam remained for some time.
As soon as the train overturned, Keshkal TI Vinod Sahu along with his team reached the spot and did not allow the situation of jam to be created at the ghat, on the other hand, due to continuous rains, the train overturning at the ghat can cause jam at night.
During this, TI Vinod Sahu told that whenever a vehicle overturns at Keshkal Ghat, it is removed through crane, but there is no facility of heavy crane in Keshkal. Whenever a vehicle or machine weighing more than 20 tonnes has overturned, a crane is called from outside. If a heavy crane is available in Keshkal, the jam can be easily opened. Whenever there is a jam in the Ghat, our police team immediately reaches the spot and tries to open the jam, if there is a jam in the night, then the police force has already been deployed for that.
