Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is playing the lead role in the highly anticipated film ‘Battle of Galwan’. This film, which is set against the backdrop of patriotism, is being directed by Apoorva Lakhia. Bollywood actress Chitrangada Singh is playing the lead role opposite Salman Khan. The film, which is set against the backdrop of the real-life clashes between Indian and Chinese soldiers in the Galwan Valley in Ladakh in 2020, is already highly anticipated. Salman Khan is going to be seen in the role of a powerful army officer. The film is going to be released on April 17. However, the film team has released the first single from the film, the patriotic song ‘Maatrubhumi’, on the occasion of Republic Day.
The patriotic song has been composed by Himesh Reshammiya and sung by star singers Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal. The song is a tribute to the bravery, sacrifice and undying love of Indian soldiers.
