Ludhiana: Man caught with narcotic capsules

Ludhiana: Ludhiana (Rural) police have arrested a youth who is accused of supplying habit-forming drugs to laborers and youth. Officials said the accused posed as a daily wage laborer. Police said they seized a large quantity of drugs from the accused, Iqbal Singh Soni, of Jhordan village.
Ludhiana (Rural) Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Ankur Gupta said a team led by the Hathur Station House Officer (SHO) raided the accused’s house in his village and arrested him. He further said police recovered over 1,000 capsules of Pregabalin and Ambil, along with other habit-forming pills, from the accused. The SSP said the drugs were hidden at his house in Jhordan village.
