Lok Sabha General Election-2024 In-charges of the cells formed at the district level

Dausa: In order to conduct the upcoming Lok Sabha General Elections-2024 smoothly, systematically and in a timely manner, a meeting of the in-charges and assistant in-charges of the cells formed at the district level was organized in the Collectorate Auditorium under the chairmanship of District Election Officer Devendra Kumar.
In the meeting, District Election Officer Devendra Kumar directed the in-charges and assistant in-charges of all the cells and said that all preparations and management related to the Lok Sabha elections should be ensured in a timely manner. He said that for the successful conduct of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections 2024, everyone should read the manual issued by the Election Commission thoroughly so that they can be aware of all the information and work related to their respective cells. He directed the nodal in-charge of the training cell to ensure that the training of all officers and personnel is completed seriously and to ensure testing after training.
He told that for the successful conduct of elections, the cells which include queue cell, ballot cell, polling team and counting team cell, counting arrangement cell, housing and general arrangement cell, marked voter list cell, route chart cell, training cell, law and order and security plan are required. Vulnerability Mapping Cell, Postal Ballot and ETPBS Cell, Permission Cell, Sweep Cell, Computer Information Cell, Model Code of Conduct and Videography Cell, EVM VVPAT Cell, Transport Vehicle Arrangement Cell, Statistics Cell, Complaint and Helpline Cell, Material and Store Arrangement Cell. Logistics Cell, Written Payment Cell, Inward-Outgoing Cell, Live Webcasting Cell, Supervisor Cell, Media Cell, Election Expenditure Monitoring Cell, Single Window Permission Cell, Specially Qualified Voter Facility Cell and Communication Plan Cell have been formed. Which will start working as per the time planner set by the Election Commission.
In the meeting, Conservator of Forest Dausa Ajit Uchoi, Deputy District Election Officer Naresh Bunkar, Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad Dhara Singh Meena, Additional Superintendent of Police Shankar Lal, Subdivision Officer Lavan Badrinarayan Meena, Subdivision Officer Nangal Rajawatan Mohar Singh, Subdivision Officer Ramgarh Pachwara Varsha Meena. , Subdivision Officer Saithal Narendra Kumar Meena, Joint Director of Information and Technology Department Radheshyam Bairwa, Chief District Education Officer Govind Narayan Mali, District Treasurer Jagdish Prasad Meena along with other cell in-charges and assistant in-charge officers were present.
