Material
200 ml milk (cow’s milk, oat milk, nut milk, almond milk, soy milk, etc.)
1 banana, peeled and sliced (frozen)
20 grams peanut butter
1 tbsp rolled oats
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch allspice
1 pinch nutmeg (optional)
some icecubes
Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender and grind till smooth.
Half fill the serving glass with ice and serve.
