Learn easy recipe to make sundae ice cream

Material
10-12 strawberries
1/2 cup almonds (chopped)
700ml vanilla ice cream
some chocolate (grated)
Method
Make a puree by adding strawberries and half a cup of water in the mixer.
First put strawberry puree, vanilla ice cream and chocolate in the glass.
Sprinkle almonds on top and serve chilled.
To make vanilla ice cream
Put 2 cups of heavy whipping cream in a bowl and blend it with a hand blender till smooth.
Add 3/4 cup condensed milk and 2 tsp vanilla essence and blend again with a hand blender till it becomes creamy.
Put the mixture in an aluminum container and keep it in the freezer for 6 hours to set semi.
Remove from freezer and blend again.
Then put it in a container and keep it for 10 hours to set.
Note: The amount of condensed milk can be increased or decreased as per taste.
