KTM 390 SMC R
The KTM 390 SMC R is based on the Adventure 390 S and the Enduro R. The engine that powers the motorcycle was is the same one that is present on the 390 Duke. The spy video were shared by YouTuber Rohit Paradkar and through them we can see the frontal, rear and side profile of the motorcycle.
The motorcycle seems to offer 17-inch wire spoke wheels and those are similar to the ones showcased at the EICMA 2024. The rider triangle on the motorcycle seemed upright.
When it comes to engine, the 399cc liquid-cooled engine that powers the latest 390 Duke is offered on the motorcycle. The power output is 45hp and 39Nm while the gearbox is a six-speed gearbox. The company has not disclosed the tuning offered in the motor. It is expected that the final drive ratio should be enough to serve the intended purpose. We are yet to know about the electronics that will be offered on the motorcycle. It is likely that the motorcycle will get dual channel ABS as standard. On the other hand, the exhaust on the motorcycle is underbelly type. Similarly the suspension seems to be USD at the front and monoshock at the rear.
We expect KTM to reveal more about the details of the motorcycle in the upcoming days.
