Kothagudem: One-Town police have nabbed a vehicle theft gang and seized a car, three auto rickshaws and a bike from them. One-Town CI Karunakar said that the gang was nabbed during checking of vehicles at Kothagudem bus stand centre on Saturday.
CRPF builds ropeways for tribal settlements The accused Gopi, Srinu, Mutha Rao, Sivaram, Kotaiah, G Siva and Lakshmana Rao of VM Banjara and Penubali formed a gang and were committing vehicle thefts in Bhadrachalam, Paloncha and Kothagudem. They used to divide the money received from stealing and selling vehicles among themselves. The gang was nabbed when they came to Kothagudem to sell the stolen auto rickshaws. The accused used to move around in cars to steal vehicles. The CI said that the accused have been sent on judicial remand.
