Kerala: WCC complains to the Chief Minister

Kerala: WCC has strongly criticized the making public of statements made in the Hema Committee report. WCC has written an open letter to the Chief Minister saying that the court order to respect privacy has been violated and the news channel has published the statements of the Hema Committee report in violation of the court order. What the channel has done is a violation of privacy.

It is suspicious that information which the Hema Committee, the government and the court have decided not to make public is being made public. The information released is such that the outside world can identify who the informers are. WCC has demanded from the Chief Minister that the violation of privacy is unjust and action should be taken against it.
