KOZHIKODE: An 18-year-old boy was found hanging in Mankavu. The dead has been identified as Venalraj of Dindigul in Tamil Nadu. The body was found hanging from a cable near a temporary shed in an abandoned field.
Venalraj’s family was into scrap business for years. Police said the youth had some mental issues. Police conclude that there is nothing unnatural in his death. The body was shifted to Kozhikode Medical College Hospital after inquest proceedings. The police said the cause of death will be clear only after postmortem.
