Mumbai: Actress Katrina Kaif has been in Bollywood for almost two decades. She has been a part of many successful films. Along with her beauty, Katrina has made a place in the hearts of her fans through her acting. Katrina always makes headlines due to her personal life. Before her marriage with actor Vicky Kaushal two years ago, her name was heavily linked with Salman Khan and Ranbir Kapoor.
However, now Katrina has left all these things behind and is living a happy married life with her husband and in-laws. Katrina started her career as a model. Now Katrina has revealed who her role models were then. Katrina said in an interview that when I started modeling in Bombay, I only intended to become a model. Madhu Sapre and Lakshmi Menon were my role models. They were supermodels then. And actually Malaika Arora too. All these were those whom I considered idols. And I wanted to be like that as a model.
It is noteworthy that according to earlier media reports, Katrina did not like Malaika much in the beginning of her career. Katrina had also commented on Malaika’s brand at Salman’s sister Alvira’s party. Malaika was not divorced from Arbaaz Khan at that time. If we look at Katrina’s work front, she will now be seen in director Sriram Raghavan’s film ‘Merry Christmas’. It will release on January 12 and stars Vijay Sethupathi in the lead.
