Kangana Ranaut calls Ranbir Kapoor a ‘white rat’, reacts to reports of him playing Lord Ram

Mumbai (IANS) | Amid reports of Ranbir Kapoor playing the role of Lord Ram in the upcoming film ‘Ramayan’, actress Kangana Ranaut reacted and called the actor a ‘skinny white rat’. In fact, there were reports that star couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor will play the role of Goddess Sita and Lord Ram in Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayan’.

Kangana criticized the casting for the film on Instagram.

He wrote: Lately, I have been hearing news about another upcoming Bollywood Ramayan.. where a skinny white rat (so-called actor) who needs some tanning and sanity, goes against almost everyone in the industry Famous for doing dirty PR.. Famous for drug addiction and womanizing. The one who wants to prove himself as Lord Shiva in the trilogy (which no one has seen or wants to make more parts of) now wants to be Lord Ram.

The media reports also claimed that South star Yash would play the role of Ravana.

The actress further wrote, a South Indian superstar who is a self-made person, who is a complete family man and follows traditions, according to Valmiki ji’s description, he looks like Lord Ram. He has been offered the role of Ravana.. What kind of Kalyug is this? A person taking any strange kind of drugs should not play the role of Lord Ram. Jai Shri Ram.’

Kangana then added a danger gif and wrote: If you hit me once, I will hit you till you die!!! Don’t mess with me, stay away!!!!

On the acting front, Kangana has several films lined up including ‘Emergency’, ‘Tejas’, ‘Chandramukhi 2’, ‘Manikarnika Returns: The Legend of Didda’ and ‘The Avatar: Sita’.
