Sriganganagar: Under “Nyay Aapke Dwar” mobile legal service center and mobile vehicle were flagged off on Thursday.
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No. 01 Sri Ganganagar Shri Vijay Kochhar said that as per the instructions of Honorable Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority and Shri Satyanarayan Vyas District and Session Judge, the concept of Mobile Legal Service Center and Lok Adalat Mobile Vehicle is being implemented at the ground level to provide legal awareness and justice. It has been flagged off for implementation.
Through vehicles, the personnel employed there go to different places of the city, towns, villages and hamlets to make the common people aware of the law and make them aware of the various public welfare schemes run by Honorable RALSA and NALSA and identify the eligible persons. Efforts are made to benefit from the above schemes.
Mr. Kochhar told that the said mobile will be available in Sri Ganganagar jurisdiction from 22 February 2024 to 20 March 2024.
On this occasion, Chief Defense Counsel Mr. Rohtas Yadav, Protocol Officer Mr. Sudhir Sharma, Assistant Defense Counsel Mr. Nripen Kamboj, Chairman Judicial Staff Mr. Sanjay Modi and various advocates and employees were present. (with photo)
