Manendragarh. The police has made a big revelation in the murder of a journalist in Manendragarh. The police have found the accused within 24 hours. According to the information, the body of the journalist was found soaked in blood near Mauharipara Ground in Chanwaridand near the district headquarters Manendragarh. It is being told that the journalist’s wife along with her lover had killed the journalist.
According to the information received, the deceased youth named Raees Ahmed lived in a rented house nearby with his wife Safina Khatoon and three year old daughter. After receiving the information, the police reached the crime scene. In the initial investigation itself, the police suspected that Raees was murdered in or near the house.
After which the police interrogated the family and nearby people. Two-three calls were received from Raees Ahmed’s mobile phone at around 5 in the morning. A young man also came to her house on a bike at five in the morning, who left home after one and a half hours around 6.30 in the morning. It has been told that Raees Ahmed was with other journalists till 1 o’clock in the night. He returned home late at night and received information about the murder in the morning.
Safina told that her boyfriend Arzoo Khan and his friend Khushi Khan had come home at around 2 am on the night of May 15. She called Safina, it was Safina who opened the door when Aashiq came home. Both of them entered the house and attacked the nobleman who was sleeping in the house. While attacking with a sharp weapon and beating him, the accused strangled him to death with a pot. After which they threw the body in the nearby Mauharipara ground in Chanwaridand and fled away. Police has arrested Safina Khan. A police team has been sent to Jharkhand to search for the two main accused. SP said that the location of both the accused is being continuously taken and soon both will be arrested.
