Instructions to cut salaries of 18 teachers, who were missing from duty

The District Education Officer has issued an order to deduct one day’s salary of 18 teachers for being found unauthorizedly absent in various schools of Gaurela development block. It has been said in the order that the public representatives informed about the closure of all the schools running under Lalati Sankul on January 9. Development Block Education Officer Gaurela immediately inspected this. As per the information, schools were found closed on the spot and teachers were also found unauthorizedly absent.

Under Rule 03 of Chhattisgarh Civil Service Conduct Rules 1965, an order has been issued to deduct one day’s salary of all the absent teachers on January 9 for negligence in official work by the teachers. Among the absent teachers, cluster coordinator Lalati Rajkumar Patel, head reader of Government Pre-Secondary School and Primary School Lalati Anupama Gupta, teachers Neeta Rai and Ratnesh Soni, assistant teachers Pratima Patel and Milash Bai Paikra, head reader of Government Pre-Secondary School and Primary School Dhanganwa. Rajkumar Singh, teachers Clarislina Joseph, Ramchandra Rathore, Pankaj Kumar Kaushik, Preeti Gupta, assistant teachers Manharan Singh Porte and Vijayashree Paikra. Similarly, assistant teacher of Government Primary School, Chhichnahi, Sulekha Paikra, head reader of Government Primary School, Gandhinagar, Karan Singh Shyam and assistant teacher Manisha Sahu and head reader of Government Primary School, Barpara, Maya Maravi and assistant teacher Atmaram Choudhary are included.
