Know the easy recipe of porridge
First cut the vegetables.
Heat a tablespoon of oil or ghee in a three-liter pressure cooker
Keep the flame low to medium and add a spoonful of cumin seeds and fry them in hot oil.
Then add a medium sized finely chopped onion to it.
Then add one inch finely chopped ginger and one to two finely chopped green chilies.
Fry all these things well for a few seconds
Now add a medium sized finely chopped tomato to it.
After this add soaked oatmeal in water
Now mix all the ingredients well
Add salt and let it cook till it thickens
