Former MLA Dr. Rajaiah has come under fire on Station Ghanpur MLA Kadiyam Srihari. He reacted to Speaker Gaddam Prasad giving a clean chit to MLAs Danam Nagender and Kadiyam Srihari who changed parties. He said that if Kadiyam Srihari is really in BRS, he should resign and win again. Then no one will say anything to him. He challenged that if he continues in the BRS party, the six guarantees given by the Congress party should be questioned.
Meanwhile, Speaker Gaddam Prasad gave a clean chit to MLAs Danam Nagender and Kadiyam Srihari who had switched parties. He said that there was no evidence that either of them had switched parties. To this extent, the petitions filed for their disqualification were dismissed. It was clarified that neither of them had changed parties and would continue as BRS MLAs. To this extent, the final verdict was announced on the disqualification petitions of the MLAs who defected from the party. With this, 10 people facing allegations of party defection have received a clean chit so far.
