Hyundai Motor India sales growth by 2% on an annual basis

Delhi Delhi: Hyundai Motor India has reported that the company has registered a 2 percent increase in total sales. Hyundai Motor India recorded a total sales of 70,078 units in October. The company recorded sales of 68,728 units in October 2023. Tarun Garg, Chief Operating Officer of HMIL, said, “We saw a strong demand for our SUV portfolio during the festive period, causing our most monthly SUV sales to 37,902 units so far, with Hyundai Creta’s highest monthly Domestic sales include 17,497 units. ” He said that the SUV remains the basis of the company’s lineup, which represents 68.2 percent of the total monthly sales in October 2024, with equal access to urban and rural markets. Hyundai Motor India Domestic Sales: Hyundai Motor India has a slight increase in domestic sales. The auto manufacturer recorded a total sales of 55,568 units in October 2024. The automaker registered an increase of 0.79 percent on a year-on-year basis. The newly listed firm said in a regulatory filing that Hyundai recorded an increase of 440 units compared to October 2023 and registered 55,128 units in the same month last year. The SUV segment recorded a sale of 37,092 units, which contributed to the Creta.

Hyundai Motor India Export:
The export of Hyundai Motor India increased and recorded a 6.7 percent increase on a year-on-year basis. Hyundai Motor India recorded a total export of 14,510 units in October 2024, while in October 2023, 13,600 units were exported.
Hyundai Motor India CNG Sales:
The alternative fuel section, which is the CNG section, also recorded positive speed. In October 2024, CNG vehicles sold 8,261 units. The contribution of the CNG segment in the total domestic sales in October 2024 contributed 14.9 percent. Hyundai Motor India has recently introduced dual-cylinder technology in Exctor and Grand i10 Nios.
